30-Day Resizing & Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Complimentary Ring Resizing Guarantee

Finding your true ring fit across international sizing standards can sometimes require adjustments. We proudly provide one complimentary resizing within 30 days of parcel delivery for all non-customized flagship rings.

  • Resizing is performed by our master silversmiths maintaining original hallmark engravings.
  • Pieces may typically be adjusted up or down by 1 to 2 standard US sizes depending on band architecture.
  • Customer is responsible solely for return shipping to our processing facility; return postage back to you is fully covered by GothicGem.

2. 30-Day Return Window & Eligibility

If you are not entirely satisfied with your acquisition, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your parcel. To qualify for a full refund or exchange:

Unworn items in pristine condition, returned with all original travel vaults, authenticity cards, and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Exceptions

Pieces with personalized laser inner-band engravings or bespoke custom dimensions cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Resizing

  1. Email our client concierge team at concierge@gothicgem.com with your order reference number (e.g. GG-1004) and photos of the piece.
  2. Our team will issue an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and designated return facility address within 24 hours.
  3. Securely pack the piece in its original protective packaging and dispatch via a trackable postal carrier.

4. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection by our jeweler team (usually 2–3 business days), refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Stripe Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal). Processing banks generally reflect funds within 3–7 business days.
