1. Agreement Overview

By visiting our site or purchasing from GothicRune Atelier, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

2. Product Authenticity & Material Guarantees

Every jewelry piece presented on GothicRune is guaranteed to be forged from genuine solid 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver content) bearing official purity hallmark stamps. We do not manufacture hollow brass, zinc alloy, or copper-plated imitations.

Due to the handmade nature and hand-oxidized finishing of our gothic relief textures, subtle variations in patina and weight are natural hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship.

3. Pricing, Multi-Currency & Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All transactions are billed in the selected currency (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD). We accept major international credit cards via Stripe, as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.

4. Custom Engravings & Intellectual Property

All original 3D sculptures, architectural gothic designs, photographic assets, and brand marks are the exclusive intellectual property of GothicRune Atelier. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial casting is strictly prohibited. For custom inscriptions, clients warrant that requested engravings do not infringe on third-party trademarks or contain unlawful content.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
